Welcome to my photo gallery website. Taking photos is a big part of my life these days, and recently I have started making slideshows and posting them as YouTubes. My whole family loves to travel and we do so as much as possible; and I'll always have my camera (or cameraS) ready for action. But -- great pictures can be as close as your own backyard. Because... folks... IMAGES HAPPEN! Just have your camera with you (and not in your backpack or your purse or your car glove compartment). And, when you think you are close enough -- MOVE CLOSER ! And if I can make my friend's day with a photo or series of photos, that works for me and makes MY day in return.
It really just stops me in my tracks when I see a great photo. (not too many of mine for sure, that's understood...) When there is an emotional connection between the person with the camera and the event or people or situation or animal(s) - then magic can happen; and being in amazing or challenging/'out of your comfort zone' places also can just bring out those "photography receptors". When that happens, photos of compelling personal and maybe general interest can result. I welcome you and invite you to browse around. My warm wishes to you for an enjoyable and/or memorable visit.
